1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 747li strictly prohibits minors from accessing our platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

You may register and maintain only one (1) account with 747li. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. If we discover that you have opened or attempted to open more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and confiscate any winnings.

Following registration, you may be required to verify your identity by providing government-issued identification documents such as a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or postal ID, along with proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. This verification process is mandatory and must be completed before you can make your first withdrawal. 747li reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login information to any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify 747li of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 747li shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your 747li account using approved payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet, and other electronic wallet services as displayed on our website. The minimum deposit amount is Twenty Philippine Pesos (₱20.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account status and the payment method selected.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You agree that all funds deposited into your 747li account are owned by you, have been obtained legally, and are not derived from any illegal or criminal activity. 747li reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, in violation of anti-money laundering regulations, or otherwise problematic.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within minutes depending on the payment method used. In rare cases involving technical issues or additional verification requirements, deposits may be delayed. 747li is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. No interest accrues on funds held in your account balance.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your 747li account at any time, subject to completion of identity verification, compliance with bonus wagering requirements, and satisfaction of anti-money laundering checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account level and VIP status.

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours during business days, subject to successful completion of security checks. First-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and processing time up to seventy-two (72) hours. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit whenever possible. If this is not feasible, you may be required to provide alternative payment details.

747li does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees. Withdrawal requests can be cancelled before processing is complete. Once a withdrawal has been processed and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

747li operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that we deem suspicious or potentially related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. This may include requesting source of funds documentation, proof of income, or other financial records.

You agree that you will not use 747li for money laundering purposes or any other illegal financial activity. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal to prevent our platform from being used as a money transfer service. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension, fund confiscation, and reporting to appropriate law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

4.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds and any associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a ₱100 bonus with 20x wagering requirement means you must place ₱2,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Wagering requirements and contribution percentages vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games, live casino, and video poker may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method, and computer/device. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with 747li services is to cease using the platform and close your account.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 747li services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 747li.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 747li account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. After closure, you will no longer have access to your account history, and any unredeemed loyalty points or pending bonuses will be forfeited.

747li reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, extended period of inactivity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services. If your account is closed due to Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Accounts inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to monthly maintenance fees or account closure at 747li's discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before imposing inactivity fees or closing an inactive account.
